i hated computers before i found seatcupra.net loads of wikid people and learn loads about seat cars EVERYDAY the local meets are great too turned me into a seat lover :seatgod: :love: cant get off the laptop now :rolleyes:
 
TBH out of all the forums i have been on this is the best one, thats not just SEAT forums thats all makes and types :). the design and ease of use is good but it's the peeps who make it what it is. now all the gushy stuffs over :redface: lets talk cars again lol


oh and what rash has said well we would never have guessed he liked the site lol, nearly 17 posts every bloody day:blink: . some of em are useful too:whistle:

i havent driven my car for nearly 4 weeks now :cry: due the car back on saturday :funk: thats a lot of nights in on scn :p

i hated staying in and computers till i found scn it rules :) sure ul all hear alot less of me when i get the car back ;) am so excited :dance:

Perhaps I'll set aside an hour or four this weekend...

Not a huge amount of traffic - in the grand scheme of things, Mk4 Seat Ibizas aren't the most searched for subject on the net :)
I get most visitors coming from results in Google image searches...

The ads pay enough to cover my hosting costs and that's about it.

The site has served as a useful introductory lesson on getting recognised by search engines, and the use of ads.
As a result of this I'm going to set up some simple sites based around far more searched-for subjects (not p0rn...) that will receive more traffic, in the hope of earning some useful sums from ads.

yeah im having trouble with ranking on the auto tuner site. as it stands on msn were first in the world. but with google were in the 1st page in uk, but 3rd page in the world.....any ideas on how i could improve this?

Content is your friend - you can't search for a site with no words

However, you don't have m(any) keywords and the description is lacking

I guess you have a site full of links? that's just generating traffic & points scoring for the other sites, not yours

Have a look at your web logs, that'll tell you what people are searching for to hit your site... but I can't imagine anyone using "auto tuner" to find anything out - you will want to benchmark yourself against some more meaningful terms (like "car tuning uk")
