Thats rediculous! If you've ordered it on your sheet thats your proof, Id push that one further..
That's the odd thing, the lady from Seat Customer Service's who was looking into it for me rang my dealer, my dealer said I hadn't ordered it. So ih her eyes Seat UK didn't have to honour my goodwill gesture and let me have the unit, when I explained that I had an order for dated 24th Feb with it clearly shown and signed by the dealer, she just didn't want to know. The delaers word goes above mine. I said I would scan it in and send it to her, but again, she didn't want to know. In a mail from her she said that the "Winter Pack" was officially pulled 6th March. So I would of thought that my order qualified!!!!
All she said was that if I had any complaints/queries/problems, then to take them up with the dealer.
Oh, and sorry for the Hi-jack, and my ranting. You can tell I am a little miffed.
