I'll go miltek as booked on the 30th then re-set my battery re-align the throttle body and then see if I get the same lean problem! Hoepfully I won't if i do i'll replace the MAF & Lamba Sensor and see how it goes!
 
Give me a month and i'll get my car on the rollers to see what i get.

FYI, on my 227bhp run i got over 180bhp at redline.

refering back to my 209bhp run, it made 200bhp at 6500rpm and 190bhp at 7000rpm

though torque was the one really hit, 150ft.lb @ 7k , dropping from 250ish ouch!
 
My previous run of 209 like yours carl i made 200 bhp at redline. Which is weird. But my peak power on the 227 run was at 5200k which isnt bad.

130lbs/ft of torque at 7k is awful as well.
 
i managed 202 before at 5000rpm but only 185 at redline

torque is a joke though, 215 from 2250 til 4500, then 135 at redline.

hence why am going down the k03s route, got milltek dp and cat, and supersprint cat back! be plenty enough!

Is that cable the one i need to do logs with?
 
torque will always drop alot on a k03 or ko3s no matter what map is used as both turbos cant hold boost at higher revs so as the boost drops off so will the torque.

249 bhp peak from my k03s which still holds 236bhp at the redline
but torque spikes along with the turbo to 295lbs and drops along with the boost to only 190lbs at the redline

k03s, 4bar fpr, huge k&n filter, TIP, FMIC, water/ methanol injection, blueflame d/p and 100 cell cat, millteck cat back, jabbasport custom map, n75j,
may of miss something but i think thats more of less most of the engine mods
 
Green cotton,TIP,4 bar,FMIC,Milltek 200 cell & exhaust,Ko3s putting out 249 bhp at Jabba on custom remap.

So looks like it must be because of the jabba map!

Is it really worth paying £475 for 25-30bhp? i've only got 220bhp from revo
 
i think if PhilW can get 227 out of a ko3 with revo there would be more than 220 to get out of a ko3s would just need settings up correctly with sps 3 and logging.

then i reckon it wouldent be far off the jabba map and £50 for upgrade to stage 2 ratehr than anoth er£500 for a customer jabba map wouldent be worth it :)
 
yea be good to see what you get, but at end of the day its not figures that matter its how happy you are with the way the car performs

i know mines not the quickest around but been able to keep up with my mates scooby keeps a smile on my face, still want more power though lol

Exactly what i was trying to say in my post earlyer a properly set up revo with the SPS3 isnt going to be far off jabba that is proved by mine and phils set ups on the k03.

wouldnt it just just. Just because its not 'custom' so to speak doesnt mean that it cant pull simalar figures!
 
had revo stg1 on a k03, it died a death at 4750rpm...simply could not cope with it (running std IC) purely because there was so much torque (massive heat soak).....280lbft on a k03....you wondered why!

why are some people saying the limitation on a K03S running revo is 230bhp? the map not aggressive enough or something?

this could well be true, as remember speaking with two guys at a meet, two identical ibizas, same mods etc, similar power, but one was running revo and the other jabba.

When testing out their cars on a private road, the jabba'd car always pulled away, and not slowly either.....

it probably wont shut anybody up if it makes 240bhp as there is quite a few jabba k03s ibiza hitting 250 bhp or there abouts on different RR,s and every time it is posted you can guarantee a comment about dyno lottery will soon follow.:confused:

I know what you mean Karl, been there so many times with the "usual suspects" who rubbish the RR claims, especially when it comes down to the K03s
