Finally done it! Bought a GTI!

Which ones do you need mate? I think I've got some "2.0 16v" red rear badges from when I replaced them with a "cupra". I think they say 2.0 16v and not GTi, but I will let you know on Saturday when I get back from Uni as they are at home.

I have the MK3 wheels on mine, paid £80 for them . They look quality in my opinion.

Where do you get mk3 alloys that cheap? All the ones on ebay go for like £200!

Got them from someone here on SCN, needed new tyres though.

There are some in the for sale section goin for £150, or was anyway.

Just tried to order the badge, and they weren't in so they just called me back a second ago. So I gave him the part number and he was like "that will be £1.99 + VAT", and I was just laughing as he did not sound pleased that he rang me back just so that I can order a badge for £2

The petrol to drive to my dealership is going to cost me twice as much as the badge

I could also do with some of those clips that headlights screw into as I've managed to loose/snap 3, but that would be probably pretty much impossible to find. Where did you get the ETKA from??

I recommend www.vagcat.com as its more up to date than my catalogue. You have to register but its worth it for free!

I got my ETKA years ago, it was handy with the MK2 but its not up to date for my MK4.

those teddybear wheels come up on the bay occasionally.. would be wicked to see them on a sleeper..
