thats one bad thing i'd say about the seat lot and whole vag group, everyone does all the basic mods and then stop and complain how much everything costs and how they could sell up and get a better car blah blah blah, ford boys just think yeahhhhhhhhhhhh rock on and do it much better, so what if you'll lose money in the long term, its fun isnt it

Can any one help with the downpipe issues, i rang JBS today and basically sounded like he couldn't be arsed to speak. Said they would need the car there too do it, which would mean trailoring the car there (not going to happen)

Will 2.5" exhaust be ok with 3 " DP for this kit?

funny you mention that about JBS and cant be bothered, as spoken to a few people recently about the CS at JBS and they said it was awful and the guy down at JBS was up his own ar$e

I dont care about losing money too much, you only live once. so sod it, spend while you can.

I have started a thread in JBS section, will see what they say. Hope they can help, but it seems they aren't interested unless you spending thousands with them.

just get a custm made dp matt, or copy mine quick before i put it on!

if you know mine will fit i can get a man who can (and is **** hot) to copy mine then sell it to you !?

You bored of the GT2X kit now then matt? How has that set up been on your car since you had it? Would you reccomend it for those that want decent power but dont have the funds for IHI?

You guys are all crazy wanting +350bhp I would cack myself with that much power

dont they use the supercharger instead of the turbo?

Matt not sure if anyone has already mentioned it (as lost track of this thread slightly) but I see you have the Forge FMIC, this will have to be changed over to the Pro Alloy kit, as I have read across a number of threads that the Forge kit is only good for 300bhp

seeing as you want 350bhp+ then time to upgrade the FMIC as well, if you have not factored this into the cost already

I will see what happens, but i remeber reading a thread about an IHI ibiza with the Jabba kit on and it made 323 BHP. My mates IHI ibiza made 323 BHP on Forge FMIC.

But one things for sure, i ain't paying £800 for and intercooler, i will do a custom job. Hopefully.

im about to get my DP ceramic coated but if you know it will fit you car i can wait and have it copied!

If you could find out how much you want/need and let me know i will sort the money out for ya mate.

The GT28RS and GT2871R share the same housings, the only difference is in the compressor wheel which is 1.5mm bigger iirc. And our manifolds look identical.

It would be awesome if you could do that for me mate. Let me know as soon as you can please.

however it would be interesting to see the peak figures of an IHI ibiza with the Forge FMIC and the peak figures of an IHI ibiza running with the PA setup, if indeed there is any difference.....i would suspect there would be, but perhaps not enough to justify the purchase of the PA kit

Please HELP someone. ATP have just emailed me to say they have run out of GT2871R, so i can downgrade to GT28RS and get back 100 dollars, or they have offered me a free upgrade to GT3071R, but will this physically fit?
