I see your from bristol so i can guess what
dealers (near weston-super-mare) you went to, and i understand your problems with them, i have had numerous issues aswell, we will not be using that
dealer again, its very "computer says no" attitude
my advice, if you havent had your car for long, ie 1-6 months, ask for a full refund or a replacement, i spoke to trading standards and they helped out alot, litrally within 20 mins of me getting of the phone to them, the
dealer in question amazingly had the door controller appear from thin air, it'd only been 5 weeks of waiting. Ive also managed to lever a couple hundred quid out of seat uk, and a free
service.
you do have to make the "refund or replace" with the
dealer as seat uk, cunningly "sell" the cars to the
dealers, taking them out of the responsibility loop.
