3.94 Final Drive Question

Had a track day yesterday and there were a few corners where I was going too fast for 2nd but when I used 3rd I was just off my power band.

Been thinking of selling the car lately but it's totally different car on track and now I have the love for it again

So got me thinking of this final drive 3.94, what sort of speeds am I looking at in each gear?

Haven't got a clue how to use that. I did find a site before and saved it in my favorites but I had to format my computer last month and lost everything.

02A CDA box as in the 16v ibiza box is in there I think
3.67 FD

wheel/tyre size is an option to drop effective FD perhaps
