well if i get a medal for fitting the cooler 2mz how about this lot.....(this is my saturday plan of action list)
grind exhast flages flat
wrap DP in heat wrap
fill up gearbox with oil
make spacer for my caliper
fit porsche decals to calipers
make some heat sheild for here and there
fit zeitronix system
thats on top of putting it back to gether!!!!
im not normal...!!!!

I refitted my cooler 1.5 inches lower to fill the bumper a little more.
Also allows you too keep towing eye.

connect up, adjust until they feel right....
do one at a time, back & forth, then side to side
Push the gearbox shifter by hand as far as it will go anticlockwise (assume fourth) then put the cable end on to suit.
Work the up/down shifter to the middle by hand (neutral) then put the cable end on to suit.
Then adjust slightly as needed. Remember it's all mirror image, because the gearstick base turns it all the 'wrong' way.

Looking good matey. The transit makes the car look like its got a rally slag spoiler
I will be finishing the install of my cooler tmoz. Brakes took longer than i thought they would. Gotta see if the bumper will fit with the big core and air con too. I fecking hope so.

thanks JD, it could probly of had it running yesterday but i was spending alot of time doing all the little bit and bobs to make it..."right"
its just an open green filter matt...rated to 600BHP!!!!!! that should do the job
you didnt notice the intercooler brakets matt....i painted them black so you dont see them!!!
just about to go and buy power steering fluid and antifreeze, you know your nearly there when the antifreeze goes in!! lol

as of 15:30 on the 15th june 2007 the Hoochmobile runs! had a flat battery so nick one of off my van!! lol
its running i little lumpy at mo, is there anyway of finding out why?
i cant believe how different it sounds. sounds like a different car
revs really nice and freely
as soon as i turned the engine off the heavens opened and its now thundering!!!! gonna have to push it inside to carry on
