best pace to buy cheap parts

where is the best place to buy cheap parts?? im after a intercooler and a few other things. does anyone know if there is a decent place to buy cheap parts new or used.

For used parts mate its proberly best to keep and eye on the for sale sections on this site and others you get some decent 2nd hand mods on ebay somtimes aswell. For new parts it proberly best to either contact the dealer direct or most of the sponsers on here will be able to sort you out and some also offer a forum discount. On the intercooler front if you cant budget for a new forge or cant find one 2nd hand have you thought about going the THS/Laguna route the THS looks spot on when fitted not sure about power gains as no logs have been posted up as yet.

work well, mines now remapped by bell autos at around 230bhp and i see a max of 34 degrees C til redline. And only cost me around £140

MK4 Golf PD150 front mount intercooler am not 100% sure if it would fit in your front panel take a look

thats decent that mate, where did you get that from?

i was thinking maybe a laguna intercooler but what model would i have to get it off and would i have to get th pipes made up to fit it?

No brand new... got the pipes form work so didnt cost much at all

There thats the one i have, its not the THS one as the inlet and outlet ports are at the bottom and on the THS one there in the middle.

no that isnt the one i have as i said the ths cooler has the inlet and outlets in the centre of the cooler the one in the link to ebay the intlet and outlets are offcentre. I have the one from ebay.
