It looks like i'm missing a seal in pic 1, there is oil all round the plug* in pic 2, where will the oil be coming from, the plug or the mising seal?

I think the missing seal is allowing some play in the fuel rail* which may be allowing some oil to escape as the engine moves under load.

* Correct me if i'm using the wrong terminology.

They cost a fortune, like 1.20 each when you can get the same thing from RS for pennies.

I thought i was ordering the seats and the o-rings came instead, i was pretty pissed let me tell you.

PMSL I remember you showing me the bag, with an upset look on your face.

So you can get them from RS for cheap, but you got them from Seat / VW and they cost you muchos?

Alright David :)

What about the bung thats missing in pics 1 and 3, what's that called?

had a good look at mine at dinner, the "bung" you are referring to holds the fuel rail in place, just screw it in more

on a bad note, good job i checked at dinner, found my fkcin N112 valve melted on my manni and vac hose burnt to shite and iv got fckin tracktime on sunday

NOT HAPPY !!!

i have two laying about that i dont and i wont ever use ,

you can have one for a drink if you like

nope
thats on the vac reservoir
if you remove the 2 valves (n249,n112) from the reservoir and remove it altogether ..... then bolt the 2 valves to the back of the head

well my valve snapped where the bolt goes in and dropped down onto the manni
