Yep, put it this way...

A LCR 225 with Remap (revo stage 2) Milltek and filter pulls 235bhp...

165bhp and 295lb ft ad lav got yesterday on the rollers with his revo! all the diesel revo'd cars just about lived up to revo's bhp guestimates but the petrols were shocking imo but they are a good map for the pd130!

i'm liking the thought of that - i don't think the garage i'm going to has rollers! you've got to appreciate the fact it's in cornwall i'm just lucky it's a) there and b) not based in a barn ;)

should be getting my pd160 intake and hose tomorrow from seat, i'll order the strut brace while i'm there! it's going in 9am thursday can't bleddy wait!

I'll guess you're taking it to VAS then Pauliepaul?
I've never used them but been past there a few times.

yeah that's the one it's only 20 mins drive from me (guess that'll be 15 soon!)

do you go round cornwall much? i've only ever seen 1 polo gti! is it any good?

My Dad lives in Penzance, so I tend to spend a bit of time around South West Cornwall (not enough time there though!) and occasionally visit Newquay (fingers crossed I'll be staying around there next month for a few days).

Polo GTI any good? Well I quite like it. If I'm down your way I can show you!

i just see a grey or black one drive past me every now and then - they look the business i reckon! tres slick.

driving is ace down here isn't it! particularly the a39 to bude from newquay, that's going to be one of my first port o' calls on friday lets see if i can't kill myself in style eh :funk: strut brace and brakes first paul!

i might have mine sorted by the time you're next down i'll be sooting all the suzuki swifts we seem to get around here.... i reckon it's the cornish time delay explaining them!!!

im sure the £300 ish quid would be more than enough to purchase some better disks and pads with! would look quite good havin drilled disks on a ibiza me thinks!
Having larger disks that fill out the alloys, and calipers that are as close to the wheel as you can get, looks good too, even if undrilled ;)

2 days to go! just fitted my green filter and pd160 intake which was helluva easy i have to say and it seems to have made a good enough difference - the turbo seems quite sharper and whistles at me a bit more :D

i thought i'd also reel in a couple of 0-60s after i fitted it - my previous best was 9.8 and now it's 8.9..... remap 9am thursday bring it on :funk:

what equipment are you using for 0-60 times?

i would take your times with a pinch of salt if you used a stop watch as i would imagine your reaction time will be closer to 1s than 0.1s

If you live in cornwall just spend a saturday driving to civilisation and get your re-mapped then!

it's not that bad :D

actually in some cases it's better because the roads are pretty much devoid of police who aren't there to catch me not going over 60 mph:whistle:

You won't knock a second off your 0-60 time just with the filter and intake :D
