IIRC Bill told me that he blew the innards out of his Milktek within a year (sure he said Miltek), but ran the Blue Flame with no problems whatsoever. Thats what put me off. Also, the Miltek is 2.75" or 2.5" is it? Whereas Blue Flame is 3".
yeah its slightly different with bill as he has stupid power running through it though.
I like the sound of this blueflame. So you had yours made up and delivered to you without them seeing your car? & fitting was good?
Yep, just ask them for a DP+CAT for a mk3 Ibiza Cupra. Fitment was fine, although i get about 3 secs of vibration on cold start up due to fouling with a heatshield. The guys who fitted it said if it vibrated they'd have it back in (for free) and re align it and it wouldnt be a problem. Havnt had time yet, but i'll get under there myself and knock the heat shield out the way. Nothing major at all.
Milltek is 2,5". 3" is only needed for 300+ really so you wont see that much gain on a k03 vs. a 2.5" system.
I figure the more free space the turbo has to spool into before it has to start squeezing gasses through the CAT the better. Either way, it works well.

Im running Blueflame downpipe to Scorpion cat back, can't fault it, sounds superb too.
Does need modding to fit but a good exhaust place could sort this if your stuck.
Defo noticed a gain on mine, alot more torque and noise

my scorpion was pretty loud anyway, but it does add a bit more to it, **** quality but heres a small clip

Mine didnt need modding at all (but then i was mating it to a Jetex). Not much louder either tbh, but then i dont have a middle box anyway.
