Does yours have climatronic (1.4)? Mine was the 1.6 sport and had a big digital display thing that you set the temp and fan speed in ( if its not climatronic its something similar) like the cupra's.

nope nothing at all, if you hold the recirculating button and pres the fan '+' button all it does is turn the fan up
