Cheers for the update... Reason I asked was Im getting the car remapped after the 1st service, and I'll prob take it to the same guys as you...

Chris

Well, they provided very good service - took the map off and then put it back on free of charge and were genuinely interested in the Leon.

Think other companys would give higher figures - had mine RRd at 170.5 bhp and 280 lb/ft torque. But I didnt want to fry my clutch and it was only 250 quid!

One other thing - I notice you have a 170. I would give them a ring first - dont think they've done any 170s to date. Arent there issues with the dpf as well?

Cheers, Andy.

They say they have done quite a few, and are happy to do the remap - £250 the same as you.

The DPF does limit the potential power increase - but not an issue as such.

They quoted a maximum of 200bhp, so a little less than some of the other companies.

Must admit Id like before and after rollling road sessions though :D

Its between them and Custom Code - but the trouble is custom code are so far away if ever I needed the map taking off or putting back.

Just had a look and they quote 185bhp for yours - which rolling road did you use?

Chris

Vsport up in Sunderland (East Boldon). There's a derth of rolling roads in the NE, I reckon...

185bhp? Well, I did ask for a non-aggressive map. I have trouble putting the power down in first and second as it is...
