was told about £120ish but can't recall whether that was inc or ex vat, skank for one, that was why i changed em to the angels, can always change em back but then i've then gotta find a bloody n/s which was the problem in the first place..........unless you wanna sell me yours Chris:p

n/s bieng passenger side? i could do, you got smoked angels? send me a pic or something, it's my driver side thats buggered

That's the puppy!! will get some pics hopefully tomorrow if i get her back for the weekend....but remember she's kiwi so you'll have to use your imagination or better still think you're only up the road you're welcome to come n have a butchers in person at some point, then you can see the fit etc.........may not put em back but be handy to have a set in the event of wanting to!

In the same plight as one of my lamps is buggered and Ive got a HID kit to fit too.

not too sure which colour to go for tho.

which colour of hid's (temperature) or colour of angel eyes.

If you're refering to angels - do not get chrome versions.

But dude do some research before in regards to fitting Hids to them. I had the same problem on my polo with my angels...if its the same manufacturer u might have a problem as the hids run too hot for them.

The HIDs definitely run cooler then Halogens

Just remembered, the black one piece ones do not come in RHD and you need to adjust them yourself to RHD. Not sure on how to do this as knowone has ever said how they do it! BUT it can be done!
!

I converted my LHD angel eyes to RHD last weekend........................and what a mission, lol. Time it took to fit HIDs................20 mins. Time it took to convert my headlights to "RHD"-ish...................4 hours.

Mig were the HIDs hard to fit to the angel eyes?

Hell no,kiwi lights would be VILE! and yes purple rules over kiwi but hey she was a bargain at the auctions so couldn't be fussy!!!:)

And if you find somewhere localish that'll do em for £55,let me know pls...mine have got hids in,be nice when they're actually workin properly!!!

Chris just remember you will need pre-facelift lights ;)

I bought one for mine and it cost a cool £100 :( ........was lucky though as it was the only one in stock.

No mate, about as hard as just changing bulbs. The only thing you will need to do is drill a 25mm hole in the back of the light cover (cover at the back of the bulbs). But angel eyes have a rubber cover, so a Stanley knife will sort that out.

thats what i was thinking, i used a blowtorch to put a hole in the back of mine  ghetto student work haha

what difference is there between pre and post facelift lights?
