Anybody know the best place to buy Mudflaps for my new MK4 Ibiza?

I'll ask again, but my local dealer was quoting almost £100 for a set of mudflaps - is that "not overly expensive"?

They do! I got them on mine! The cupra/FR are the same shell as a std ibiza, so theres no reason they wouldn't fit!

Must be.

Just contacted Crewe Seat (not local but got an e-mail address off this forum just to enquire) and they quoted £23 a set so that would be £46 for 2 front and 2 rear which isn't that bad.

I looked into getting them awhile ago to cure my dirty back but heard they did not make much diffrence and I didnt think they looked good so didnt bother. I also heard someone had difficulty fitting the mud flaps to their cupra as well but as jaying says this well may be possible though.

To be honest, they didn't make much of a difference. Go for some big red rally slag mudflaps instead, now they do work!

I'm liking the look of them, not sure if big rally slag ones would look too good, although it would be nice to have something that works...
Will have to have a think.

shouldnt go big rally ones, would look wrong on an Ibiza!

yeah that's what I thought. Mine has stayed surprisingly clean so far though..

ebay normall have some... easy fit and wont fit the rear on the fr's or cupra's for some strange reason they moulded the bumper differently to not allow them unless u modify the mudflap

obviously mudflaps are for 'rallying' purposes but just wondering if any of you guys have got any pics of mudflaps on your cars, and how good they look? is it worth money and the effort of fitting them .. how easy are they to fit?

black 1s are bit plain but ebay do all sorts of badges etc which could be fitted to them?

just seeing what people think
