:lol: sorry bud, aye well trying to find A F" bumper just now but having no luck, dont need the coilovers an on koni adjustys already an dropped low enough, got the cage sitting ready to be sprayed an just gotta decide on wheels!![:@] but so many to choose from!! more pictures to come soon :)

What engin you running?
 
I'm running the 2E engine 2.0l 8v GTi i like it quite nippy. Mines dropped 60/40 on a suspension kit so i can't adjust my height so not sure if the F2 front bumper would hit the speed bumps round my way as they are stupidly high.
 
spot on man, eh yea speed bumps are alredy an issue for me so dont even attempt then, so can go as low as i like ill take a look at that like see what the story is......... yea running th 16v ma self so sittin at the 176bhp markl at the mo :)
 
176bhp not bad. I'm running standard so prob only got about 115bhp hoping to change that when money permits. I'm liking the sound of the black rims with chrome lip keep wondering what the car will look like with them on it.

Dam everything your doing i was gonna do when money permits lol was thinking down the 20vt road aswell.
 
well that we conversion will be happening in the winter months this year so a we wait for that but means got plenty of time to source all the parts :) haha wait till its done an ill sell you it :lol:

so bud need to decide what colour to spray the cage? ?? do i go blue same as the chairs or just plane hyper black?
 
well i know it will stand out but do you want it to really stand out or try and blend it in a bit..black would be my choice, purely because the cops are going to see it and pull you alot..well a friend that has a rollcage in his car gets pulled alot because its white, and the cops regularly say its because of the roll cage!

so id say black! matt black would be nice as it wouldnt reflect the light..

you say your interior is blue? have you got mk3 cupra seats?
 
no no my interior is stripped out an i have 2 cobra seats in her an there blue, yea was thinkin that like go for the stealth cage lol
 
ok cheers, cage is all sprayed an just needs to be put back in again lol!! bit more of a mission than i thought it was gonna be but we pulled threw, as for that bumper id rather try an get a new one tbh! lol fussy when it comes to it, decided to go for Mark3 cupra wheels sprayed black looks mental,an super low, pictures to come :)
 
im looking forward to this, how much have you lowered it by?
mk3 wheels are awsome, but not sure about the black, are you going for a deep slossy black..or more like arctic grey?
