Thanks for posting the vid of your idle Wilko. Here's a vid of mine at the moment. This was on a good day. It seems to come and go. I might be a bit of a perfectionist. The new engine mounts I've ordered will probably make it less noticable in the car.

Took my IHI on the rollers at rs tuning and only got 274bhp (50 down ) iv mailed jbs as the guys at rs seem to think the maps a bit strange.

have you vagcom? get someone to log the maf reading on a pull to the redline.that'll give you some idea of bhp.also surely you would of noticed if you were 50bhp down prior to the rolling road?i bet it does'nt drive like the plot would make it look like...

I know Bill. I was just showing that they can be tuned to idle perfectly with a 3 bar map, even with agressive cams, bigger throttle bodies, big injectors etc.
I guess rs is dyno dynamic rollers? It could be a power at the wheels plot,in which case 274atw=320bhp at the fly.If you post the graph i can tell you either way.JKM also never seem keen on showing power at the wheels which is a shame as it's the only true measurement.
