More bhp for 1.9 tdi apart from remap?

hi all i am new and need to know what i need to do to my car for the bhp
i allready have a remap sorted witch is for free due to my g/f working at a garage but that dont happen till 1 jan so please feel free to guide me in the right direction and places to buy from would be good

and the car is a 1.9 tdi seat ibiza

Which 1.9TDi is it? Do you have a map already? Or getting one done? Will it be a plug and play or a custom map? Which garage is doing it? If the missus works at a garage, im sure they will have loads of what to do, and what not to do.

But to give you a heads up.. there is a search button for a reason!

However,

PD160 Air intake + Performance Filter
Turbo/CAT back exhaust
FMIC
Remap

Depending on what 1.9 you have in the MK4 range will depend on final power on these,

If its the PD100 then you will see 150bhp

PD130 will see 180bhp

its a 55 plate tdi the g/f works at a skoda vw garage and the remap is custom and i kow theres a serch button but its a bit different to the saxp forum i am used to and i am trying to find my feet on this one

Oh yeah, forgot about the PD160, however the chances of that after having a saxo arent good!

PD160 will see around 200bhp btw

Using the SEARCH is a great way to find your feet.

That would mean it's an FR. As the 55 plate Sport's didnt have 6 speed boxes as far as I know.

So it'll be a PD130 - the same engine as in mine.

i have been told that the remap will give me a gain ov about 40bhp maybe abit more would that be right

If you were to big turbo you'd get 220 - 250 and nearly 400ft/lb. That's Scoob eating power.

Think they only did the PD130 'Sport' for a little bit and stopped in 2004? Cant remember, as it was shortly 'changed/replaced' with the FR.
