Thats cool, thanks alot , umm the guy 2 free in this thread who posted that he's selling one, i asked him if it pluged straight into the boot and he said it's a kind of round plug with about 8 pins, so er yeh i figured thats not gonna fit in mine?

he should have a box that converts the round 8 pin to the rectangle connector.
my alpine changer has a round connector, but that round connector plugs in to a box then on the other side it has another plug that is a rectangle (for the standard loom)
i had my changer fitted a few years ago, when i was very young and dumb. cost a ridiculous *cough* £250, alpine changer and they said that my car didnt have the cd chaner connection. so i have a long lead running down my trim with a 8pin plug.. heres some pix
connection i and betsy have built in car
8pin round plug, connection i have on changer and which i have a full length lead running through added by rip offs who put it in
mmmm... my only problem is I am in no way technical minded =\. i was hoping that a cd changer would just plug into that rectangle plug n thats it lol, but obv not =\.
A) Buy a VW / SEAT Cd Changer from ebay, that plugs straight into the cable in the boot
B) Buy box that plugs into the cable in the boot which converts it to a Sony connection
