Hi all, been away from the forum for a while now, months actually.
Not long ago I picked my 2nd Leon FR, following advice from my dealer and SCN members traded my Emocion Red FR in for a Candy White FR with a few more toys.
Was very sceptical to say the least, but now I have got it, with the options I had stuck on, I'm absolutely made up, chuffed to bits.
Hope this isn't the wrong section to post this, but have attached some pictures of the new FR please let me know what you all think.

Are they Cupra black alloys? Did the dealer have them on from new?

They are black Orion alloys, same as fitted to the Cupra K1.

Unfortunately they are not a factory option on the FR, so had to order the FR from the factory with the 18" Andromeda alloys and the Orion alloys as an accessory from dealer.

The tyres were then swopped from the Andromeda's and fitted to the Black Orion's.

So have a set of 4 brand spanking new 18" Andromeda alloys sat at me dealer.

Orion's were fitted to car when collected it, bit complicated and probably spent more cash than I needed to (Will get some back tho when sell Andromeda's) but very pleased with overall result.

just noticed you have head light washers but you dont have the bi-xeons i didnt know that was possiable?

Sure is possible, when I ordered the FR as a Q3 -09 model, the winter pack, which includes the head light washers, was a seperate option to the bi-xenons.

Thought the Winter pack was good value for money, but that bi-xenons were not.

Hope that helps.

Looks a bit like it's trying to be a Cupra - still nice though :)

Not tryin to be a Cupra or would've taken FR badge off boot.

But did take inspiration from the Cupra and the K1, to get me FR looking just the way I wanted it to.

Would I buy a Leon Cupra TDi if there was one, you bet I would.

But for the moment where else are you gonna find a sportier lookin diesel with the performance an economy to match any where else out there today??

In my humble opinion no where?

Wicked looking car Dawg!!:D

The kit and the wheels just work!

Yeah, where else would you get such a fantastic looking four door car anyway??

I reckon the designer (Walter De Silva - Alfa designer - can't you tell?) needs a medal for the design, I don't reckon it can be bettered!!

Only got the Stylance - couldn't afford the FR but have had a test drive in one and I reckon the FR's are the best compromise and choice from every which way, Oh and that amazing handling!!

Enjoy it,

Cheers,

Ian

I agree with all of that, I would of bought a Cupra TDI but as they don't do one I bought the K1 instead.

Your FR's looking nice.

Have fun keeping the white clean, I end up washing bits time and time again just to keep it looking perfect. Think I might have SEAT OCD

Very nice. I'm going for the same look whenever i get my new Leon.
To be honest once i saw a Cupra K1 i was so impressed that it definately inspired how I planned styling my FR after that point. I think it's cool that you have to look twice to see what exact model it is & that you can't tell straight away anyway.

By the way did you specify that you wanted the mirrors black as an option or what as they're normally silver right?

Very nice. I was going to ask what the little lumps were on the bonnet. Headlight washers eh? Handy!
