Was told that the fan wiring surged and blew the fuses on the battery got so hot melted the holder and ignigted the sound deading on the bonnet dont think it help having a vented bonnet aided the air to the small fire that had started.
Paint work isnt the best but i try to keep it clean ive always used autoglym going to do the gloss protection once a month, try to polish every 2 weeks weather permitting though, there are quite a few marks on the car, cant see in the pics but they are really bad to me.

I didnt start using Autoglym at first on my car. But one time Halfords had the 3 for 2 on it I bought some and I've used it since and I'm not going back to anything else. Gives really good results with not that much work tbh.

Agree so easy to use cant get on with much else, seems autoglym is best for the way i clean and polish my car

Remember you posting pic's of the fire. New cupras coming along good. Are just going to run standard size t/b on sem?

 DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR

you've fitted conical bolts to your radius wheels.... they're NOT SECURE.

don't go anywhere until you've fixed this.

I had conical wheel bolts with my Cupra wheels. I am sure they took conical ones... Maybe I'm wrong though, but I would check your wheels to see if you had the wrong kind to begin with.

BTW nice looking car! Look forward to seeing what you do with it. Did you buy the strut brace new from SEAT? If you don't mind me asking how much did it set you back? Looking for one.

I had this problem with the bolts on my previous car. They had to be conical but the guy who mounted the new rims didn't use conical. That caused play on the wheel and hub, and in the end when I heard it and tried taking out the bolts, 2 bolts snapped off in the hub. had to buy a new one...

so yes sort that before driving

No, the bolt in the picture on the left is the original bolt.
