I can pick up an eaton m65 charger for 150 pounds second hand.i was just wondering if anybody has one fitted to a leon cupra r?or what are peoples opinions on it.There seems to be a good write up on them on other fourms but in G60 corrado's.Would it work well with a cupra.

Thank's

Ya im looking at twinchargering it.get a custom map for the turbo to come in as the charger hits its peek, hence the twincharger effect.its just an idea.i havnt heard of anybody doing it so i thought it would be a good project.any idea's welcome.

charger peak is RPM dependent........... as a project could be a good engineering project but not a good power project, will cost a fortune in fabrication and man hours, better off going BT

Edit: also M65 is a massive charger and probably a bit much for a tiwncharger project.....better off with an M45 for space and efficancy

JD engineering have done it to a mk4 golf, over 500bhp i think and a big money project, 3 ecu's, custom everything ect, also imo would be hard to justify the development and build/fabrication cost unless it was going on a 4x4 base, as it would be wasted on a fwd car.
