Boost Problem!!! - limp mode?

had N75 valve changed seemed to of cured it, but now seem to be struggling for air when hitting over 100mph in high rev's, airflow metre or lamba sensor maybe??? of bigger induction?

I had very similar symptoms to you mate and replaced the n75 to sort it all was fine few mnths later the maf went. Unplug it and see how it runs with it unplugged. If its better then it is probably your maf sensor.

i've got a new sensor to be fitted i think it's the air flow sensor also having lamba sensor done awell as a service so will keep you up dated, cheers for the help mate

Have you actualy checked your DV mate. I thought it was my N75 valve that was goosed but it was my DV playing up. It was sticking either open or closed so I was either getting to much boost or to little.
Try getting a service kit from Forge and give it a service.

hi l31gh ill help out abit as it hasnt got standard turbo 100% as i was there with him when fitted and standard turbo is a ko3 12 blade i`d count urs and you`ll have 8 :) mods are

Engine: 1.8 20vt
Jabba sport induction kit with heat shield
Forge turbo intake pipe
Forge 007p recirc dump valve
K03s turbo
Full forge front mount intercooler kit with blue hoses
High flow exhaust manifold
3” stainless steel down pipe with decat
2.5” jetex stainless steel exhaust system
Custom code phase 2 remap
N75j race valve
N249 and n112 valve bypass
sai and evap removed
boost gauge mounted on dash
Lightened and balanced flywheel weighing 5kg, also a vr6 clutch set up
Short shifter

Chassis:
Lowered 35mm all round on koni shockers and springs
20mm hubcentric rear spacers
Team dynamics 17” alloy wheels in good condition with good 205/40/17 tyres
All four front wishbone bushes have been replaced with power flex bushes
Brembo 4pot front calipers 305mm discs with new ferodo ds2500 pads

Body:
Bodywork is in excellent condition as I had a full respray when I got the car as it had a few scratches and had faded in places which cost £1800
Bump strips colour coded

Interior:
Good condition half leather interior
All the electric windows etc work as they should
Standard head unit with alpine 6x9’s in a stealth parcel shelf, powered by a alpine v12 amp
12” sub powered by a 1500w amp
Sony 17cm front speaker with adaptor plates
Scorpion alarm with remote central locking, comes with certificate

Aswell as these modifications its also had
4 new coil packs
New coolant temp sensor
New air flow meter
Just had a full service inc cambelt kit, metal impeller water pump, alternator belt aswell as valvoline 5w 30 fully synthetic engine oil, and new gearbox oil
4 new wheel bearings
pair of new track rod ends
tracking and camber set up
New anti roll bar link
New front and rear lambda sensors
New door handle trims
New electric window switches

and also it says in advert it has a 2.5" system not 3" like you said i was speaking to him today and he said check you recipts for new airflow meter and lambda sensor

no need to to change n75 vlave as it was mapped to a a n75(J) valve!
