Reading between the lines on other posts it seems nobody would trust themselves to do one.
I'd stick to leaving such a major job and catastrophic implications should you get it wrong to the professionals for the sake of a few hundred quid.
I've just done my Alfa V6, required a few special tools but nothing complicated. Is the BKD cambelt a job that requires lots of (expensive) VAG tools?
The DSG gearbox oil change is "rumoured" to be difficult but having researched is no more difficult than any other modern gearbox.

I've heard that the oil for it is expensive or something like 11 litres of oil is needed. is this so?

Oil/parts cheapest from Skoda dealer.
The filler VAS tool can be home made from tubing and old sump plug or purchased cheap of ebay.
