have any picttures og how you did the wastegate fitting?gonee do the ko4-001 my self and picetures hade be nice;)
its very easy and you wont need pics. the k03 wastegate has 2 ports. 1 hose goes to the n75 valve, this is the hose which you will keep and fit to the new wastegate. The other hose is going to a T piece ( one end is EGR valve and the other is the N112, i think) this is the hose , with the T piece, you have to remove. you buy a new hose (3mm or 4mm) and you connect the n112 straight to the EGR.

What map are you running? What sort of power do you thunk it is producing?
my map is a "on the road" software for the stock k03 (1.6bar of boost, 7200rpm limiter).

i dont know how much HP it has but with 1bar of boost is faster than before, in the same distance (traffic light - end of a tunnel) before i was exitting with 180km/h, today i reached 190!

L.R.C - With the K04-001 you will be able to run higher boost than you are. Get the map tweeked. Its not worth the risk not having it right.
i know alex, i will get the map fixxed the september.
now here in greece the temp is reaching 40c!!! i will wait to map it with cold weather :D

before the map i will do the next mods:

Bosch 6bar 255l/hr fuel pump
Newsouth performance PowerGasket
ApexI AVCR
S3 injectors
Modshack 180 MOFO
Open Cone Filter
ECS - Lightweight Crank Pulley
De-Cat

UPDATE (Big !!!)

After the k04-001 kit i have changed:

New Stock Pump (died after 110.000)
De-cat
Tune Up Pulley kit (0.6kg from stock 2.6kg)
S3 Injectors (BAM)
S3 maf (BAM)
19row Oil cooler
Plex Tuning Remap (Dyno-Built on RotoTest Dyno)

The Remap was done with 20c ambient temp and with mixed fuel (BP Ultimate and AVIN Super Unleaded -), i also run it with 10.000km Spark Plugs (F5DPOR - Audi RS2).

The operator told me it runned 1.55 of overboost (he didnt state pressure @ upper revs) but i saw in the monitor (map sensored dyno software) that the pressure was dropping a lot...

I got these numbers (@ wheels)
revs - hp - kg.m
2500 - 113.3 - 32.4
3000 - 152.7 - 36.5
3500 - 171.0 - 35.0
4000 - 190.3 - 34.1
4500 - 212.2 - 33.8
4750 - 217.1 - 32.7
5000 - 214.5 - 30.7
5500 - 215.1 - 28.0
6000 - 197.5 - 23.6
6500 - 163.9 - 18.1

Next step is road-test... :D:D

Full throttle and... 1.7 of overboost with boost holding 1.5bar until 6000rpm (4th gear)...
The car is fast... [B)]

Next Step is... 2nd gear rolling with M3 E46
The M3 is my brothers car... SMGII,19' wheels and completely stock

I step on it... i pulled away ~2 cars and i was ahead until 170km/h, until i got to traffic...
did i mention that i was carrying a passenger??? :funk:

After these i bought a PowerIntake Manifold Gasket (now the car has the same performance for a long time - CF is 0 even at 240km/h)

Next Steps:
TT Shifter (Bought not installed)
Digital EGT meter (Bought not installed) - it can be mounted to Card Holder
Cupra R gauge Holder (Bought not installed)
STRi Oil Temp and Pressure 52mm gauges (Bought not installed)
K04-023 Compressor Wheel
Adjustable aluminium Top-Mounts
Uprated Motor Mounts
Uprated Rear Brakes (280mm)
Lemmiwinks positive Timing Offset

I would'nt be running a non standard crank pulley personally... no damper in it which is required for the engines harmonics.

Hallo bill, i've been told that this would be an issue but i havent noticed anything (vibration or power gains)

you wont notice vibration as this is harmonics.
having seen a friends crank snap, without the mass damped crank pulley fitted (neuspeed on his) its juts not something I would do personally.
they add nothing aside from bling..

TT Shifter - short shift?

i have just fitted the TT shifter ( 8N0 711 046 ), its very easy BUT where is the 20% reduction in throw???

maybe i was expecting something more but i cant see any change... :(

any opinions? (or measurements??? ;) )

i just bought the S3 Pump (VDO pt. no. 993-745-117Z)

1st the removal of my pump was a nightmare...
2nd the modding is a piece of cake (S3 swirl pot and pump with cupra level sender)
3rd the extra hose (pickup) that the s3 pump has, is already blocked with a green cap!!!
