BLOODY HELL! No one ever gets humour on these forums?? Saying my cotton
t-shirt scratches is just another way of saying it doesn't take much to remove a layer of it.
I'm not suggesting that cotton is abrasive enough to scratch the paint..if it was the the wet& dry paper industry would be out of business pretty quick if ppl can just use their old clothes.
I'd invite anyone to take a look at my leon and other car and tell me which one has more chips and scratches marks blemishes orange peeling et etc... and it'll be the one that has done 45,000miles less which is the leon. Maybe i've been unlucky and every stone on the motoway
network has been kicked up and hit my vehicle ( I doubt it)
Some people here are saying it's thick enough and hard enough to withstand a pick axe. perhaps on their car it is...
but not every car (or even product) that comes out of a factory is of the same quality!!!???
Happens all the time, paint is notorious for having 'bad batches'.
