Rear doors won't shut properly

Recently noticed the rear doors don't quite shut flush with the rest of the body. Is this a simple case of replacing the black door seal around the edge of the doors and what price am I looking at?

Open the door and see where the lock catches on "the car bit" rather than looking at the door, they can be moved if loosened first.
They are called the door striker.

Funny I just noticed this on mine too on the rear passenger side, certainly wasn't like that before .

What kind of tool slackens those Striker bolts then, looks a bit like torx?

I think they are called stars rather than torx, i know my big halfords 150 kit as them.

I dont have a big halfords kit. But I do have a hammer and a bit wood

Before getting into a conclusion please check wheather it is the problem of the door lock or the seal.

I think adjusting the door lock will solve the problem

i thought TORX is the proper name but most people refer to them as star????
