I think I would be happy at about the 250 mark for my front wheel drive, as traction could be an issue although Im sure there are ways around it ( better rubber, wider wheels)
Iv been to star performance already and they are very good, so i'll probs get the turbo back and remap from them.
Out of interest whats the most power anyones got from a cupra? Just for road use.

Off the top of my head i'd say Dave's (DPJ) LC pushing 360bhp pluss.

But they are people runnong in excess of 460bhp in a mk3 ibiza. The 20VT engine is so tunable.

Id love a car that scares me so much that i cant put the foot on the floor. But Im sure that'll never happen, not with the moths flying out of my walllet.

I think he will do his rods in the summer (he already has them).

I went out in it at Awsome in November when it was only 325bhp Its a awsome build

He's a pretty meticulous sort of guy and the standard of his engineering work on that car speaks for itself.

I got 10bhp from my Milltek turbo back system, now sitting at a very driveable 240bhp. You will drop torque with a straight 3 inch downpipe on a K03S, bigger is not always better. Its fine on a K04 or hybrid but too big for the K03S in my opinion.

I'm thinking of going for a CR Turbos K03S hybrid with mapping to suit, LCR MAF tube, bigger TIP, BAM injectors and a front mount cooler, hopefully that will be good for about 285bhp.

I got the Full piper system with downpipe and cat. Your right, you do lose a little off boost torque, but the change in throttle response due to the turbo spooling quicker more than makes up for this. The drive off a closed throttle is immense!

You can send a k03 too. With supporting mods you can see 280-300bhp

I think a realistic 280 would be more then enough on a quick spooling turbo and a very capable road going car which could upset quite a few supposedly faster cars (I seriously cant wait to have mine fitted from Bill's)

turbo back when I had mine fitted from BF was an instant improvement

Realy with I could afford a TB exhaust at the mo
I think I will more than likely go down the hybrid rout at some point next year. Just gather parts slowly.
