What is the best way to mount a TomTom Go520 Satnav?

The dashboard is completely curved so there is not enough flat space to use a disc to hold the TomTom.

Are the vent mounts on ebay any good?

just behind the vent to the right of the steering wheel is flat enough to use the disc, or at least it was with my garmin nav. is partially hidden from the outside by the A-pillar too which is a bonus :)

why not use the window suction ??

i leave mine on all the time, and just remove the nav out everytime

Brave man, some of the nasties round my way will break into a car if they just see the sucker marks on the window, let alone a Sat Nav mount still in situ!!

I've got a Brodit, managed to get one on eBoo. Very good design & fit! Highly recommended!

The mount is attached to the vents using crocodile clips.

This demonstrates the degree to which you can swivel the mount.
