Volkswagon Specialists in the North East

Hello People,

I'm looking at getting my clutch fitted within the next week or so, and the best price I have is £303 + VAT. This is for an Uprated Helix Friction Disc (which I already have), a Standard Cover Plate and Bearing. I know this is quite cheap, but I want to try Volkswagon Specialist just to see how close they can come to this price and obviously for peace of mind knowing that they know what they are doing etc etc. So does anyone know of any in the North East? I.e. Sunderland or Newcastle.

You got a indi to do main dealer warranty work?

no mate. Got it second hand from a different independent dealer. Just required any vat registered garage to do the work and those were close to me.

I've got a price from German Prestige Cars. £393.00 inc VAT. I think thats quite good it includes a new standard cover plate and thrust bearing and fitment of my updrate friction disc! I got a price of £348.00 from another garage but they aren't a VW specialist. So think I will go with German Prestige Cars.
