is it a 20 v turbo mate, you posted 1.8 20v?

if a turbo, stage 1 map goes to around 215 bhp

add a dp and sport cat and stage 2 map then your looking at 225

edit, seen 1.8t now

right, what id do.... in this order aswell

handling first

decent spring and damper setup £200+

ths dogbone mount £50
rear arb whiteline £135
new top mounts £30
tt wishbone bushes £20
ths engine mounts £100+
4 wheel alignment after £50

power

forge 007p
fmic £200 upwards
high flow downpipe and sports cat £450
silicon t.i.p £80 ths
induction kit or panel filter £30-£100
replace as many chocolate textured oem pipes in the bay as possible with silicone....

then stage 2 map strait after all this £300

after that id go braking with a custom 911 carrera porsche setup circa £500

then lsd £1000

once youve spent all your cash on these then maybe look at fabia wipers and little mods, hids etc etc

good luck and happy saving

can i jusk ask, why do you want coil covers.... and have you a link to them?

what would you like to achive from your car mate?

lol im blind today.... coilovers.... though it said coil covers!!!! tail.

id stay away form coilovers for a normal street cat tbh mate, especially the budget ones from ebay.

what id do is do the other handling mods forst and see if you really need to lower the car

I'd also add upper and lower front strut braces to Jamie Walker's list of handling mods - and replacing the 'pancake' pipe that you have in the LC too.

Edit: Can't go wrong with some good tyres too! :)

yup, wouldnt really go for that mod just yet mate, not a real noticeable one that.

much better saving cash and getting a fmic.

youd be better deciding a route to go down with your car then get them mods done first, to see most gains

You can get those pancake pipe replacements along with the other pipe that goes to the inlet manifold for about £25 from Ebay US, even with postage there under £50 for both :)
