I would think 5 meters was ok mate but I always get an extra meter to have as slack cos you never know... you know lol

Yeah know what you mean, its just the wiring kit iv just got is 5metres. Just measured it out on the floor, looks long enough, will have to wait and see!
Its a mk3 ibiza Logan.

Also, what have you lot used to keep the sub in place? I just dont have the time to do a false floor at the minute, so was thinking about velcro-ing it to the carpet then securing with bungee ties.

Just remember its got to go in all the contours so won't be a straight line increasing the length you would need.

Defiantly secure it with what ever you can, subs will come flying through your back seats in an accident... no joke
