Yeh mate id have to say white aswell. Quite rare aswell, think ive only seen two EVER! DC2's like curzons are also very nice and make an amazing sound. What youd gain on a straight in the cupra, that would get gobbled up on the twisties in the DC2/5

a cupra is what u want mate mine is seriousy quick and it wasnt even boosting to the max lol had loads of fun in it playin about with m3's and 400hp evos i love gettin pulled over after havin a dabble with them and they all say the same 'what the f**k you got in there m8' i just say its re-mapped but they usually laugh and it was on standard internalls before it died last week lol.

never mind spare engine will be in by next week and all runnin in 2 weeks (time is not on my side at the moment or it'll be done this weekend) ill take you for a spin if you like mr-d

Ive seen a few scobys around recently everytime i see one i think "i like that" then "i want that" but there loads about now atleast with the cupra you dont hardly see any about so doesnt look like you just copy people...

mine is no where near the same as every other scooby. just look at my sig and it looks better now with fmic on show, lol. and the noice it makes is almost sexual

Yea i no yours looks proper mint...glad to hear you got that front mount on aswell and got rid of that heat-soak of a top mount...

I guess when it come to Evo's and Scoobies you either like one or the other, i have to say i have a soft spot for Evo's, only because everytime i see a scoob its got a chav behind the wheel. Same they can destroy the rep of a car. Yours looks mint though

i am contemplating a 2.5 conversion and v3 sti heads. plus a bigger turbo. plus injectors and fuel pump. should be good for 420 + on ethanol mix. lol

There was a type ra for sale not long ago with that conversion.. however seemed abit weary as had only just had it done seemed abit weird wanting to sell it so soon.

Evo's and scoobys will always be common.. however to find ones over 400bhp is quite rare i think.

morale of the story is you loved your time with your ibiza cupra but would never go back lol.
Im in two minds on going bigger turbo as i think is it just wasting my money when the car is fwd.

i had the chance of a 2.5 for £950 but i didnt have the cash and the engine had only done 60k.

i might even go for a 2.1 stroker kit. still get the same bhp but could source a second block for about £200 lol and go from there
