almost a cupra owner ...

well hopefully later on today I will have taken my first steps towards being a Cupra owner and should have put a deposit down on a 2007 Red Cupra. Its an ex SEAT car with 9k on the clock and has bluetooth !

It was a choice between the red and white but the white one would have cost me an extra £2000 and although I like the colour I don't like it that much more !!! not when the car was the same spec and age but had 21k on the clock.

I have my mods planed so will have to create a signiture, having said that I need to go and see the car first, its somewhere near blackpool and i'm not i'm in Peterborough some 3 1/2 hours away !!

I'm not looking forward to the drop in MPG compared to the A3 TDi but i am looking forward to driving it !

not sure on the convienience pack but xenons are definatly there. The screen price was £13995 for a 2007 07 9k car, i've px'd the audi which according to CAP is worth £9750, i've got the car serviced with 12 months tax included for my car + £3000. I just need to get the deposit down, I didn't get chance tonight as they closed when i called

Good luck with the purchase. I also own an '07 Cupra which I've owned since December '07. Mine was an 9 month ex-demo with the added extra's on it.

Mine will be getting Bluefinned in December so looking forward to it.

Drove 1.5hrs to see it .. Sorted paper work.. went out for a drive in it .. Was happy.. and drove off with it

thats what i intend to do and yep technically a birthday pressie, out of interest how did they handle the tax ?

I now need to order a few bits and pieces for it !

Car came with 6months Tax ... and a bottle of bubbly Oh and a couple of mugs, umbrella, keyrings

Im looking at maybe ordering Bluefin for my K1 .. As you can revert it back to OEM standard prior to a service!

i paid for the tax as my deposit , so that was ready on the car when it was delivered , (had that done as part of the deal cause it was 300 miles and i was not part exing my old car)
