drink holder removal

yello!

anyone ever got the cup holder at the top of the center console out?

mines stuck in, you can get it out with something thin underneath, when it slides out it seems to be grating on something?

is it easy to remove?

First you have to remove the cd-player and the storage space underneath the cd-player. After this, you will notice that the center console is fixed with some torx screws. There are also two similar screws ander the climate control unit, you have to remove the plastic bit that covers those screws. Undo those screws and the center console will come out.

Yep it sure is, you can fit a Mk4 polo/golf or any seat one in. Might need to do some cutting to get it fitted in. I fitted a MK3 golf cupholder into my arosa. Sorry about the manky picture I really need to sort my dash out.
