No, best way is to buy all the proper clips as you can use the bottom ones as normal and can fix the top ones on with a strong double sided tape..........or the thing I would reccomend is genuine sticky back velcro as once its on its not coming off in a hurry.
Mines was pre facelift and this is how I did mine
Have a read of this although since then some of the prices have doubled if not tripled.

Of these bits, which ones do I actually need mate? and are the side trims worth taking off and painting or buying new ones and painting them??
The primed side moldings are now £40 each for the fronts and £29 each for the rears as I bought mine not long back.
You obviously need all the top parts as there the 2 skirts and 4 jacking point covers...so these

I'm not sure what the other part numbers are without seeing the parts.
The bottom two are just screws and clips, if you want correct torrix headed screws get genuine ones, if you don't mind black pan heads [you can't see most of them anyway there under the car] get them from motor factors and save a few quid.
I hope this makes sense.....its really hard to tell what you need just by part numbers and quantities but basically if your going to the garage get the exploded diagram up and you want....

The genuine clips that fix top of skirts to top of sill [to be stuck on]
The genuine clips for bottom that screw into floor + skirt [be sensible, use short screws and seal to stop going rusty]
Some spire speed clips and screws to hold bottom clips to skirt + car.
Something double sided to stick top clips on
I expect it will come to about £200
