How to remove a few bits of trim?

how do I remove:

The passenger airbag plastic plate on the dashboard?

The drivers and passengers inside door handles? - does this mean taking off the door card? (same for rear doors as well) there appears to be two halves to the handle. I am guessing one half can be taken off without removing the door card, but the other half WILL require the door card being taken off?

wing mirrors and base plate? is this removing the plastic cover on the inside of the door (triangle shaped, just slides off) and then unscrewing the mirrors from the inside?

removing the roof lining? is this just a case of removing all the handles, interior lights etc and then pulling it down?

EDIT: Bump strips as well....tried these the other day and they would not budge. Heat up with a hair dryer for example to warm the glue and then gently prize off?

mind you, I am thinking of when I had to do the window regulators...that was an ass, but door cards were ok actually....

While we're on the subject, does anyone know how to remove the steering wheel centre? I mean the lot, not just the round section in the middle. I'd have thought it'd just pull off and clip back on but I cant shift the bugger.

Never done it myself but i'd go with that just to be sure.
