heard good things about them.. and a member has had huge maf readings with one fitted.

Thats me, cracking filter cant go wrong as long as you get the right 1 i am seeing between 213-216gs on my maff, pulls like a train and the turbo defo spools up sooner and quicker, as long as you get a good air feed you will be sorted

hers a pick not the best its quite a big filter

I've seem the logs, that's what's got the cogs turning lol. Good pic too, have you got any sort of part number and/or a price? I'm assuming this is the one; KSE11. Clicky.

EDIT. Don't order a KSE11 induction kit if you have an LCR (80mm MAF), it's the wrong one!

Is the filter a twin-cone, like the Green twin-cone? That will help will help with MAF readings surely as the CAI will be pointing directly into the centre of the filter and not the solid end of it like most cone filters.

No mate its just a solid chrome ended cone type it is rather big really does suck well have heard nothing but good things about jetex mate i rate it anyway

Well it'll be going on my LCR so the readings will be different but either way, it'll show either and increase or decrease in airflow which shouldn't be any different for either application (LC or LCR). I may need to trim the connection a little though so it fits with my Neuspeed shield.

If its a good filter you should be around the same as mine, mines a LCR like yours :D

is it hugemongous mate? i want a friggin biggun!!! want to compare between standard size and a mammoth.

can only see 311bhp for 70mm maf, im guessing you have lcr maf anyways.

202mm length and 100mm outside diameter... anyone know dimensions of say a k&N
