hi, got myself a new motor. i went from having this:

and i got myself a leon about a week ago:

its a 1.9tdi and the plans for it so far are:

-remap
-coilovers
-hid kit
-k1 side skirts
-k1 boot spoiler
-ms design front splitter
-fr rear silencer
-18" bbs lm reps or 18" audi s8s in gloss black

ill get some better pictures of it soon but weathers a bit crap atm

Welcome to the fold what spec is your Leon? A remap will taker you to 140ish BHp so no sloach and looks a nice car!!

its a stylance. its got quite a bit of kit on it, like dual climate control, traction control, cruise control, etc.

I like your old motor mate. New car looks nice tho

the polo has been a good car. shame it was only a 1.2.

ive been reading around on the forum and it seems like you cant go that low on the leons. im wanting to have a similar stance to my polo but ive read the leons scrap a fair bit, even iwth a drop of only 30-50mm and you have problens with the bolt in the arch lining. can anyone tell us if its possible to get the stance i had if anyone is that low

you can go low, just need to make some mods to the inside of the arches. As well as rolling the front arches.

I believe DanGB non here has removed the bolt and excess plastic. i'm considering the same.

Also reccomend a k1/Cupra front/back end depends on taste
K1 gloss black front grill
SCN sticker
Window tints
Eibach sportlines
Remap
Also RS4 Reps look good on theys cars and are easy to get hold of
This will have the car looking a right belter!

gloss black front grill looks good looking at your car. i might get one of them. the rear windows are already tinted on my car

managed to get some better pictures of the car today. here they are:

also got around to fitting my hid kit from my polo and debadging the car. for some reason as well, the side lights i had on my polo that match the colour of my hid kit dont work on the leon. does anyone know why this is and what side light work with a leon?

are they LEDs? if so u need resistors or LEDs that are specificly designed to work with Canbus. HIDS4U has some

i got myself some of the LED ones that a few people have got on here from HIDS4U have but i cant get them to work. Ive tried turning them around in the bulb holder becasue of the polarity sensitivity, turning the ignition on and off and lights on and off and it just seems to give me the bulb warning light on my dash. is there a specific way your meant to put them in to get them to work?
