A properly-engineered hybrid would out-perform a -023 anyway. The right design will net you 260+ to the wheels.

Ask your software provider. They determine the ancillaries.
I think maybe a 80mm MAF housing and a different TIP?
I'm tempted to do a write up of what exactly you need for a hybrid k03 conversion as I am getting tired of the same questions over again. Make it a sticky and then point everyone towards it that's asks about it along with the true cost of doing the work
