Wind deflectors

Good morning all. I am not happy I bought a pair of 2 door deflectors off ebay. I finally got around to fitting them and they have sent 4 door. Has this happened to anyone else and how long did it take too sort it out. First time I use ebay and it lets me down lol. Thank you in advance. Rob

Contact the seller and let them know your problem.

Im sure they will be more than happy to sort you out.

If you get no joy then tap up ebay on the resolution centre, pretty easy.

But send them amessage first, most people I have delt with have been most helpfull.

Ok well I have e mailed the supplier. Now its a waiting game to find out what happens next. Thank you for your help everyone. I hope that this gets sorted because I really want too get these fitted. Rob

Chances are they will tell you to send the 1s you have back and send the 3-door set out to you. Most dont want any hassle for a small mistake.

I have been told to keep the wrong ones . The only problem is now I have to pay 25 euros for the right ones. So now I have too sell the wrong ones. This has been one big problem lol. I will re list these on ebay now. Rob

The seller tell you that? cause thats utter crap, they should send you the correct ones free of charge and if they want theres back they should send a courior for them. hold out and youll get them replaced free. At the end of the day its not you mistake its thiers.

I wouldnt have. I would have told them to send me them for free and i would send the other 1s back to them.

i would say send them back and get your money back, i fitted them to my mk4 and i have nothing but problems with them, windows are forever going up and then back down again. they just dont want to work properly!
