I've got mats with the locator holes in, but don't have any locators :(
Crap, huh? I think you can retro-fit them, but not sure how easy it is to do.

Should be easy enough (just lift the carpet) but getting them located will be hard.
 
yeah, exactly. I think I've seen someone cut the holes before, and feed the peg down through the hole without needing to lift the carpet, but to be honest i'm not too fussed about them at the moment, I have more pressing issues to sort :(
 
When I had my car they gave me a free set of seat mats.
The locators on the mat had to be screwed into the floor by hand, Theres no "Mounting points or holes" you just measure it, Screw them into the floor and jobs a goodun.

There basically just plastic nipples that are glued to the carpet, two in each footwell, and the mats are cut to fit
