hehe... we are actually doing splitters :) just having a hard time finding out what people want?
plan is to make a widebody kit also - kinda based on the JE design kit.. just with some tweaks ofcause!

thats sick!!
what rs4 and what rs6 ?
do you have some partnumbers ?
damn - i wan't those asap :D

Dont know how I missed this thread! They look the nuts! Gonna paint my standard ones white now I think, will give it a few weeks first though as ask you how yours are looking grime wise lol.

Agentme If your after some brakes I can put you in touch with a fella who really knows his stuff and can supply.

Those are absolutely marvelous Owen, you do some really great modifications to your car! Im feeling jealous right now. Tried to get my hands on a set of RS brakes for my LC, might do so still in the future cos that is sexy. You going to be cleaning calipers fairly regularly but the effort that goes into your car i dont see that being a problemo.

WELL DONE :D

Do you know what the weights are for on the origional calipers?
the ones on the inside on a rubber bush?

thankyou all very much folks. i havent had time today to weight the calipers im affraid, but tomorrow i will. i was away visiting horace today then painted the rear callipers white when i got home. photos to follow tomorrow.

i think they are good also but overheat very quickly IMHO, and the discs are easily warped if driven fashionably.. several times they have let me down with near disasterous consequence. i am hoping these are more trustworthy

Granted! I am sure you will not be put in that same situation with these stoppers!

hope so, i still think if a set of 2 piece discs for the oem setup can be produced then they will be as good as any big brake setup imho...

I am sure al spoke of trying to source some two piece discs for the standard set up! You will have to head upto aberdeen and get a news! I'm sure al would be up for this!
