would only go for that look if I was getting my wheels done black, think I will just get it re-sprayed “whole car” and have done with it
but I know if I see anyone with in 2 meters of it when its done will be out there like a shot lol
.....

Just found this thread now. Looks like a mint car mate, really enjoyed reading it. Should look good with those HID's in. Hope you get your paint problems sorted out, does just ruin a good car making it look untidy. Im liking the black roof idea aswel, would look stunning.

and just got my car back at the weekend after the re-spray think if I was going down the black wheel look then the black roof would have looked smart but just went down the all over yellow standard look lolJust read from beginning to end, car looks very nice, i feel your pain regarding the paint, i am trying to save for my re-spray but i keep seeing nice shiny things i can buy for the car![]()
lol and I was very pissed off…..made me goooo off the car a little
lol and back on the hunt my self for “shiny things” again! Will get some pictures up of the car when its had a good all over clean
Love the car mate. Good luck with what ever you decide
A brilliant read! I'm in the same boat with an ovni yellow LCR. I thought PC'ing it and generally 'making do' would be enough but everyone now seems to be strongly considering resprays...... Just when I've nearly completed my wish list...... it seems to never stop growingLove the car mate. Good luck with what ever you decide

and when you clean it and wax does not looook that bad… ish! lol but my hand was kind of forced with the lacquer peeling off like a snake skin!
You will have to get some pictures up of your car mate!
Love it mate,i still think you get a big ass jetex open cone on there tho![]()
maybe get one of the coloured ones!! (More red) lol maybe not!!
... With me getting paid this Friday, until I seen the mess of the rear disc
etc soooooo will have to get them sorted soon as grrrrrr!!!

They look different from the stock LCR rear calipers, no fins?
Your rear disc looks a lot worse than mine! My pad was down to the metal but the disc was fine - I just forced the piston back in using the windback tool (I'm quite a big guy and it took me and my bro, one putting pressure on the windback tool and the other giving a couple of chaps to tease it back in!)
Hasn't given me any problems yet! but looking to get a new caliper. I read some sources afterwards (Briskoda, VW Vortex) who were suggesting that it's the buildup over time from irregular fluid changes.
