Do you mean the retaining bolt that goes through the lug on the right hand side of the engine??

The bolt in my kit was a a M6 button head and I put the bolt in before tightening up the hose clip on the silicon reducer on the turbo, easiest way to line it up

Thats strange, mine was a perfect fit

I presume you've tryed adjusting it with the hose clip on the reducer loose?

Well the car has adjusted to the intake very nicely, pulls noticeably stronger across the whole rev range :)

Makes some awsome noises too with the Forge DV :D

New OEM mk2 Cupra front pads also in :)

Think they are £58 from David@SERE but this is a different one to the one you would need IIRC, Scott.

No other wiring needed for mine, just plug and play (and code it via VCDS) :)

It's a £150 option from Awesome for mine! :( I want it though :) Eventually

How're you enjoying it then Damo?

£150 aint bad Ash, as it was more like £300 for the ibiza from Awsome :(

I'm loving it mate, such a nice car to drive. And once I fit the cruise it will have ALL the toys then :D

I'm on the lookout for a cheap run around now as I do 50 mile a day for work and dont want to put the mileage on the golf :)

I know exactly what you mean. I've done 11k since I bought the car in February! :( I thought about getting a cheap car, but the way I see it, the car is meant to be driven and I love driving it so......

£150 isnt bad, but when Awesome is the other end of the country.......! :(

Aye, Awsome is atleast a 3 hour drive for me..

Have you been do a VW dealer to get a quote to fit cruise? Quite a lot of dealers quote circa £150 to supply and fit CC to the mk5..
