hi, as sed above. jus curious, mine is peakin at 1.5 bar then holdin 1.3ish? anybodys the same? my mods are in my signature

mine peaked at 1.7 for the short time it was running until a coil pack went, it then held at 1.2 bar. (remapped to stage 2 on saturday just gone) custom code

its varies really. 1.5 is the lowest it will peak, peaks round the same 1.6-1.7 as urs, jus was curious thats all, how u likin the satge 2?

1.7 bar is 24.656415 well 24 psi lol witch is just right for stage two LCR ;)

to the best of my knowledge stage two boost is 21-25 PSI ;) htats peak you should hold about 1.5-1.3 bar witch is 21-18 PSI

i think:
LC stage two boost = 19-23 PSI witch = 1.3- 1.5 BAR

LCR stage two boost= 21-24 PSI witch is 1.4-17 BAR

im running a custum amd map, stage 1, i peak (as sam knows) 23 - 24psi (1.6ish bar), and i hold around (depending on how im driving) 19 - 21psi (1.3 - 1.4 bar), AND iv got less done to the car... i might just have a "quick" one though, we have found hiden "factory" secrates...

not bad for a stage one any way lol, it makes up for the paint lol

Whats this holding business, a K04-023 on a stage 2 or will probably spike at 1.6/7 bar, then drop back to 1.5 and gradually but at steady pace fall to 1.0 or 1.1bar at readline, after 5000rpm is the most dramatic drop in boost as the K04 setup chokes.

Also Cupra r Ash, what dyno did you get 348lb/ft any chance of a graph?

What guages are ye reading this boost on, i have 3 different guages, some mechanical and some digital with build in map sensors, all of them are consistantly out by 1 to 2 psi and they are ALWAYS on the optimistic side so be aware of this, if in doubt just graph block 115.

Very true rsmith but the car will sort of hold tge boost it's not a noticeable drop IMO especially if you got fmic and a good air filtter then car will hold for example 1.3 boost for longer

Fair play to that then I noticed it held it better after my fmic was fitted even with leaks ect no anything major just droped off slower ;)

Im goin to awsome again tmorrow rs smith to get it rr'd again. Il will take a picutre of the graph and post it. It made 348ftlb straight after the revo stage 2. And i would like to see what difference iys made now my ecu has adapted. Plus iv jus recently fitted a 10mm phenolic insulater gasket and a jetex setup. So want to see if its made a bit more. It was on awsome gti rollers mate

Good luck tomorrow, it will be interesting to see the graphs.

Yup im hitting 25psi and holding 23ish to around 5krpm then it drops to 21psi to limiter..

we shall see what ours are running tomorrow at awesome..I better make more power than you...

21psi at redline Danny, jeez thats good going? Do you have your wastegate cranked shut with the Forge actuator? Whats the airflow/IDC like up there at redline? Your still on a OEM K04-23 right?

Yeah stock K04 with all the trimmings...3'' tip has made a difference to Boost mid to topend as it doesnt seem to run out of puff..Which it did with the samco tip on...its around 20psi-21psi at the redline but i hardly look when im tryin to keep hold of it ...:cartman:..

I made 216g/s last time with the faulty actuator( Wrong spring)

Thats good going, i'd keep an eye on EGT's/IDC's top end with that airflow your mani might just be getting hot and your injectors could be maxed.

I had i a good read of your RR and its very impressive.
