Great figures there tom, you must be over the moon.

Thanks mate. Yeah I'm really happy with the way it went! Can't believe the difference really.

Hope you find another LCR soon bud, it upsets me what's happened to yours, but onwards and upwards. Bet your next one turns out better, always the way!

This is my 2nd LCR, the 1st one was sold and I really missed it, but it was only 2 years old at the time and gave me alot of problems. But I still loved it and had to get another. And now I'm at this stage with one, it's made me happy I went a bought another!

Great write up Tom and no worries on the video ;)

Shame I didnt notice the picture of you graph before or I would have put that in the vid too.

I knew you would be really pleased with it! Im a bit disappointed its as quite as it is, but maybe because my old exhaust was so bloody loud lol. But the Milltek should get louder :p

Cheers Ad

I can always send over the pic for a re-edited Coops video ;) lol

Hmm, well my old Piper system on my 1st LCR that I was telling you about was LOUD, but almost boomy loud on the motorway. I didn't like it.. Think I'm growing out of it or getting old haha. Having heard DK's on full chat again yesterday and going in it the week before it certainly is louder than ours, which is down to the 'sooting up'

I'm sure over time ours will get a bit more vocal, but for me it's perfect. I'm also loving the increased 007p noise with the jetex. Certainly turns heads when people think Darth Vader is coming down the high street like earlier today

Very small mod update, but hopefully tomorrow evening I will fit my LED rear numberplate bulbs as they turned up last week but kinda forgot about them, lol.

Cheers Tom, everyone keeps telling i should get something different, but there's nothing which come close for the money. Hopefully this week i should have some progress this week and be able to start viewing cars. With a bit of luck i'll end up with one with lower miles and more mods than my previous LCR. All being well i be bringing my new motor along to the AMD rolling road day, i look forward to having a nosey around you motor then.

Really is nothing better for the money mate I strongly agree with that. For my needs anyway. I could have easily got a smaller hot hatch like a Type R or a 182 but I like to drive something a bit bigger and comfier while being a good compromise with sporty suspension.

Any doubts on cars for viewing, post up the links and we can maybe help with our opinions too.

Hope you do find a decent one before the RR day and make an appearance bud. More than welcome to have a butchers at the car or have a ride in it if you want.

Just for reference, you'll pass a 182 in a straight line like it's standing still with your power, Tom...not that I'd know this through first hand experience of course ;).

Haha, yeah I sure will mate. I considered 182's because I used to be on ClioSport when I had a 1.2 as my 1st car etc. Used to love the slammed look of them and some of them on the track video's we're taking corners at stupidly fast speeds. Great weapon for the track twisties, but straight line pretty much getting done by most 200+bhp hot hatches now. :)

I knew you couldn't resist ;)

You know it matey... :)
