first shot at polishing the mani turned out no bad but will need another going over

just need to clean the bay now after all the sanding

i done it on the car think it would be a pain removeing it and refitting just to grt it coated why not just paint it

Yeah thats why i aint gonna bother haha ive took it off slightly before to fit a new gasket and it was a pain

What did you use for the manifold mate? Ive got a spare VR6 manifold im gonna start on but unsure on what grades to start on then work up to.

the mani was pritty ruff started with a sander then 240 wet and dry up to 1500 then autosol with fine steel wool then autosol with a cloth DK is doing a vr6 mani the now pm him for some tips

The manifold looks really good Greig
Be carefull useing wirewool on the manifold, the surface is pretty soft.
I've just got some Zepplin metal polish, it gives a really nice finish
