Then, probably the mod that will cause everyone to tell me I shouldn't do it lol:

I decided to (even though it's not) put FR badges on my car. One on the rear where the normal FR badge would be:

And one on the front, beside the number plate (Like an FR Leon MK2):

I was also one of the many SCN members to grab one of the Cupra spoilers at a great price of £35

So I got it colour coded and fitted at quite a good rate ;)

At the same time I got the dirty black rub strips on the side of the car colour coded:

Really cleans the car up, and makes it far better looking IMO

The front was changed again, this time I changed the front upper grills. Mine had the slats (either side of the Seat badge) - They were suprisingly harder to take off than I had thought... really had to give them a good tug, and broke one while I was at it too...

Sorry about the dirt, and the salt/grit. You can see the FR badge better in this one too..

Saw this idea on another thread and decided I liked it and wanted to do it...

Then to set those off, I got on to David @ SERE motors and got a pair of Gloss black cupra wing mirror covers:

Looking very nice, very jealous if i do say so. the more i look at your car, the more i can see my bank balance shrinking.

And you forgot to mention you changed your numberplate.

Cheers dude. really appreciate that :)

To be honest, not many of my mods were that dear, (which always appeals to me! lol) but altogether it'd be a fair bit...

Yea, it was an English Reg car when I got it, so transferred it to a N.I reg

Looking good! Can't believe i'm not subscribed to this thread, probably because i always get you and Alex mixed up!

Cupra spoiler looks good, i didn't really notice much difference when i had mine but the other day i was crouched down cleaning the back bumper and looked up and it looks massive! :)

Cheers dude. Only got the new RR up and running yesterday when I had all the pics gathered up.. haha

Yea it doesn't seem much different, but some angles really shows it off well.. makes the car look sportier IMO, without being over the top :)

Hello, can you help, i'm trying to put the vinyl wrap onto the lower piece of front bumper, mine is cresed to the heavens, after several attemps, i've tried the soap thing, but i didn't get on with it.

did you take the centre grill out or leave it in when you put the vinyl on, thanks in advance.

I didnt bother with soap.

I took the lower grill off, measured it out, pushed the vinyl down onto the lip (with tha backing on at this stage) and creased out to the edges, cut it out ( just a little bigger than the creases) and stuck the vinyl down. Used a credit card to smooth it out. Then hit it with a hairdryer.
